It was calm and pleasant atmosphere.The menu was good, it was kosher.
The room facilities were bad.The room for child was under the roof,but to get there was dangerous, because the steps've broken. The hotel's cats eat all food on the room' table constantly,during the nights also. The reception works very bad:first,they don't know English,in this case most part of their answers are wrong. The second,you have to wait so long till your request'll be fulfil. In the swimming pool there were a lot of Cl. In the hotel,there were nothing to do for children.

We love the ambiance and the fact that the resort is so pleasing to the eye. The grounds are immaculate and add to the wonderful feeling. We have stayed there before and hopefully will be back again.

Beautifully designed hotel with very comfortable and big rooms and beds. There is a fantastic view from the rooms. Hotel is situated 7 km from the Eilat city center just opposite the Red Sea Observatory. The beach is situated 300 meters from the hotel in the coral reef reserve offering great opportunity for snorkeling and diving (for the hotel guests snorkeling masks are offered free of charge at the beach bar).
Entrance to the sea is rather difficult due to the stone ground but underwater views of the coral reef reserve are worthy of it.

The reall fantastic view from our rooms. Quite unusual rooms. Fast placement. Beatifull garden.
The service in the main restaurant was not on the appropriate level... e.x. one day they just put our clothes to another place (table) without asking us anout it. They were not friendly with our calm family there at all.

Staff were generally very friendly. We loved the terrace for breakfast facing the pool and viewing the sea side - felt very relaxing. The beach side cooperated with the resort was clean and great for snorkeling.
Room 825 where we stayed had a very bad conditioned mattress. We informed about it to the receptionist and were told to turn the it, which was not any better, as the back side was hard as a rock. We had no urge to continue complaining, however this was not expected from a 5 star recognised hotel.

Luxury room, picturesque views, marvelous beach, fantastic swimming, gourmet heaven - you can have them all.
Storage room for luggage is not spacy enough.

The location is great and give you the feeling you are in Thailande. Quiet and relax feeling in this hôtel.
